Public Sector Compensation Transparency Act

Public sector bodies are now required to post online the names and compensation paid to:
  • all board members
  • employees who earn over $125,000 in 2015 
  • employees who earn over $126,375 in 2016
  • employees who earn over $127,765 in 2017
  • employees who earn over $129,809 in 2018

This is a requirement under the Public Sector Compensation Transparency Act, which applies to:
